Training Coordinator

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Hue Position duration: 12 months (possibly extended)                       

Starting date: March 1, 2016

Job Purpose: To manage and develop the training program offered by REACH in the region, to ensure it is delivered in a consistent, high-quality level in all REACH centers (Hue, Danang, Hoi An). Report to: Central Regional Manager 

Job description:
  • Responsible for the training management of facilitators in the assigned area 
  • Prepare the Annual Training Plan, budgets, with Regional Manager   
  • Review Batch plans from mobile centers in the region, and all Weekly Lesson Plans for each Facilitator and ensure  these are aligned with Master  curriculum  
  • Monitor expenditure on training, to ensure a consistent, cost-effective standard of materials and equipment is available in all centers.  
  • Ensure that training facilities and resources are maintained and up to date.  
  • Complete annual assessments of training facilitators (Da Nang:  with Centre Manager, Hoi An: with team leader)  
  • Recruit and manage volunteers in the English classes – arrange timetable, support and ensure volunteers are working within Volunteering Policy   
  • Assess quality of training through regular surveys of students and provide report to Regional Manager at end of each batch  
  • Implement training quality assurance system to ensure consistent training delivery  
  • Work with B2Y to gather Business Curriculum Review of REACH training to ensure a curriculum that is relevant to market requirements  
  • Review curriculum feedback from facilitators at end of each batch  
  • Ensure the quality of Soft Skills courses are maintained (e.g. Life Skills, English, Work-readiness)
  • Ensure the implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation

Other tasks as required Job requirements: 
  • University graduate
  • 05 years of experience in vocational training sector  
  • Experience in training monitoring, curriculum improvement  
  • Good ability to use Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written English skill 
  • Good skills in making reports with given forms  
  • Have high monitoring and evaluation skills, especially for training observation and evaluation
