I have the pleasure to inform you that in order to facilitate the implementation of the programs empowering disadvantaged youth in Vietnam we have moved our organization from the current Administration Body, Vietnam Union of Technology and Science Associations (VUSTA) into another Association: Southeast Asian Research Association of Vietnam (SEARAV).

Science and technology services: consulting, technology transfer, organizing scientific seminars, disseminating knowledge, and training to improve professional skills in the above research fields; 3. Co-operating with internal and external organizations and individuals for implementing Institute’s duties.
