Regardless of the eights years that have passed, his love and passion for REACH has not faded.
Mr. Nhan Thanh Pham’s strong commitment to REACH began in 2012. He started as a Food and Beverage facilitator and then promoted to Team Leader cum B2Y and Admin and now becomes Center Manager of REACH Hoi An.

Being an energetic person, Mr.Pham is always ready to ‘fall upon’ all the REACH activities. No matter how the weather is, Pham and his team are still busy in bringing leaflets, banners to the countrysides in Hoi An to share opportunities with disadvantaged youth.

I had a chance to come REACH Hoi An in mobilisation time and visit trainee’s house. I was so delighted seeing the hard working of Mr. Pham in hot weather of July. He came across many roads to visit trainee’s houses who want to study in REACH”, Ms Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền, Manager of M&E in Hanoi remembers.

For Mr.Pham, eight years dedicated to REACH has brought a lot of memories and emotions. He still remembers the moment of the 10 year anniversary of REACH organisation in Hilton Opera Hotel, Hanoi. It was a chorus performance of REACH’s trainees singing “You Raise Me Up” that touched him deeply.

I had to find a corner in sound system area to feel my emotion at that moment,” He said overwhelmed with sentiment. “Tears kept falling down in happiness and pleased smiles, because thousands of teenagers in need have been supported and assisted by REACH, helped them have a better future

He is not only a teacher but also a friend;  who always supports, cooperates with trainees and alumni of REACH. There is not a single alumni who does not know Mr. Pham. Seeing trainees come and leave REACH, he thought “Be always proud of yourself, because you are the one. You are the happiness of people who love you. The most precious property is yourself. Thus, let’s work and live in happy and positive way to realize that this life is so beautiful and meaningful. And if you have an opportunity, remember to help people who are in more difficulties. You will be confident, optimistic, positive thinking in meaning of life.”
