Welcome our newest arrival in the faculty lounge at REACH Hue: Mr. Tuấn Việt Bùi!

REACH Hue has this week welcomed its newest staff member Mr Tuan to its cookingfo course staff.

The former executive chef at Moonlight Hotel Hue comes to REACH with a wealth of experience. Over six years at the classy downtown restaurant has helped him to build a fantastic knowledge of the hospitality industry that will no doubt be a great benefit to REACH.

Led by his desire to contribute to and help build the careers of local disadvantaged youth Mr Tuan clearly has the right motives to be an excellent addition to the team. There is no doubt about his commitment to the core values that make REACH a great place to both study and work.

As a fully trained chef a passion for food is a big part of what Mr Tuan can contribute.  His favourite food to cook is seafood (very appropriate given Hue’s proximity to the sea). His favourite food to eat however is almost anything Western.

So what makes Mr Tuan interesting?

“It’s a consistent commitment to learning, especially reading books everyday,” he says.

With REACH Hue’s cooking course already the envy of other regional vocational education providers, adding Mr Tuan to the mix can only make it even better!

At REACH we’re excited to have Mr Tuan come onboard and we look forward to working with him. We are very confident that the students he helps train will be some of our finest and we can’t wait to see his first batch of graduates.

Welcome Mr Tuan! We hope you enjoy REACH as much as we do!

REACH’s cooking course is available at our centres in Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hanoi, and Hai Duong. If you’re looking for a career in the hospitality then REACH may be the vocational training institute for you.
